Editors at Bokförlaget Forum

Responsible publisher of Forums Swedish and foreign non-fiction, as well as several British crime authors and a select few Swedish fiction authorships

The book business has been an incredibly important part of my life since I was a child. My parents ran the only bookshop in my home town, Wolds bokhandel, and my sister and I were put to work in the store at an early age. It was a unique and wonderful environment to grow up in, and the entire family were very committed.

The apple didn’t fall far from the tree. I have a bachelor’s degree in history from Uppsala University, and before I came to Forum I was the head of publishing at the publishing house Max Ström and a publisher at Månpocket.

When it comes to non-fiction, I really appreciate clear-cut subjects with a current perspective. As a publisher, I want to find the books that touches the reader deeply and offer important knowledge.

In my opinion, the life of a book consists of two interesting parts; the creative and exciting work with the creator, the author, and the meeting in the book store with the reader and byer.

A veteran at Forum since autumn 2004. I’m now at the top of the food chain and have the privilege to be the publisher of, among others, Elaine Eksvärd, Kristian Gidlund, Dagny Carlsson, Johanne Hildebrandt, Birgitta Ohlsson, David Batra, Therese Lindgren, Tilde de Paula Eby, Joakim Lundell, Magdalena Ribbing, Björn Ferry, Frida Boisen, Per Schlingmann, Kjell A Nordström, Mattias Ribbing, Linus Jonkman – and Arthur the dog

I am convinced that I have the best job in the world!
